Roz is a Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University where she teaches on the undergraduate Public Service degree and Masters programme in Public Administration. She is also Placement Coordinator and liaises with public, and voluntary and community sector organisations to create placement opportunities for first, second and sandwich year students.

Since 2015, Roz is the academic lead of the university wide Social Housing Innovation, Research and Enterprise (SHIRE) network that provides research, consultancy and support to housing associations and their customers across the North West and Cheshire.
